The Immunohematology Laboratory provides the analyses as follows: blood type test, detection of anti-erythrocyte antibodies, cold iso-agglutinins blood test, direct antiglobulin test (known as DAT – Coombs teNë kuadër të departamentit të Laboratorëve Diagnostikues funksionon edhe laboratori imunohematologjik (transfuzioni), ku kryhen analiza në fushën e mjekësisë transfuzive, të nevojshme për pacientët spitalorë dhe ambulatorë.
