The Premium Sport Center has marked two years since the birth of the idea to create a fully integrated center for a healthy life at one place. In these two years, the Center has managed to leave a significant seal of recognition and uniqueness for the very concept of operation that besides the fitness section has included counselling on healthy food, physical therapy, medical and sports rehabilitation, massages, steam bath and sauna as well.

More than 300 active members prove their trust in the Premium Sport Center and their satisfaction is a confirmation that this approach of operating gives excellent results. All trainings take place under the supervision of certified and experienced trainers with over 10 years of experience behind them, and the team includes 8 trainers with rich experience who are constantly available to customers. The Center offers the opportunity for individual trainings as well as trainings with a personal trainer using the most modern equipment from the renowned brand “Technogym”. In addition to individual trainings, group trainings (yoga for pregnant women, functional mobility training, total body workout, discomfort zone) are also available.

A BIRTHDAY PARTY INCLUDING SPORT ACTIVITIES AND AWARDS FOR MEMBERS WITH THE BEST RESULTS

On the occasion of the second birthday Acibadem Sistina Hospital organized an event that included sport activities and a fun part, while to the members who achieved the best results prizes were awarded. The sport part included employees from the “Orka Holding” Group companies and members of the Premium Sport Center who participated in competitive sports games.

The Premium Sport Center is the only and unique one since each visitor, before starting a workout, undergoes a physical examination and an InBody scan (a detailed presentation of the whole body) that determines the level of body’s current readiness to start training and enables further evaluation of the physical activity results. Moreover, each client undergoes a basic cardiac examination and a blood laboratory analyses. Premium Physical Therapy & Sport Center is spread over an area of 1.130 square meters, it is equipped with modern doctor’s offices and physical therapy equipment, a hall for sport rehabilitation and corrective exercises using the most modern equipment, a nutritional counselling, a steam bath, a Finnish sauna and two VIP rooms for massage.
