The hospital works 24 hours a day, every day of the week. The regular outpatient clinics’ working hours are from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. In case you have not made a prior appointment or if your matter is urgent, you could refer to our Emergency Center for professional help. at The Center that covers all pathologies and works 24 hours a day.
The Emergency Center at “Acibadem Sistina” operates 24 hours a day, offering medical services in the area of surgery, gynecology, internal medicine, as well as pediatrics. If however, you would like to be examined by a particular doctor, it is necessary to make a prior appointment with your chosen doctor.

The ambulances are available for patients’ transport to and from our clinic, as well as for transportation of patients to distant destinations.
Yes. The Diagnostics Laboratories Department offers a complete range of services, while laboratory services are being provided 24/7.
Considering the fact that “Acibadem Sistina” admits patients from all over the region, our staff is fluent in six languages. We employ full-time staff speaking the following languages: Macedonian, English, Turkish, Albanian, Serbian and German. We also provide Medical documentation translation upon request.
Our International Patient Department team will provide all necessary details about your stay. We will be pleased to assist you with your airport transfer and accommodation. We provide free of charge transport from/to the airport as well as between your hotel and the hospital. Our Call Centre provides information about the price of a particular service at the following telephone number: 02/30 99 500. “Acibadem Sistina’s” outpatients are informed of the price in advance, before the examination is performed. In case further examinations are necessary the patient is informed of their type and cost. The patient is properly informed about all interventions and has the right to ask any question related to the cost of service. In case of surgical treatment, the patient is informed in advance about the intervention price including the length of hospitalization. In case of an excess over the predetermined price, our Payment Department team informs the patient and the closest family members.
Hospitalized patients are visited daily by an administrator who informs them of the exact cost incurred during their hospitalization as well as of the price of all following interventions recommended by a doctor.
