Since the very outbreak of coronavirus situation Acibadem Sistina Hospital has introduced a special protocol on movement towards prevention, protection and safety for the patients and all staff.

Starting to perform testing for Covid-19 virus, the hospital further increased its security measures and introduced additional protocols for patients, staff, medical personnel and those coming for testing. Laboratories where both rapid tests and molecular tests are performed have been completely isolated from the Hospital and located in a separate courtyard space. All patients coming to perform the testing have no contact with the Hospital but are directly referred to the testing site.

All other departments of Acibadem Sistina Hospital operate at full capacity and provide healthcare services to all patients without any disturbances. Regular appointments for examinations and interventions take place smoothly as well. The Emergency Department for Adults and the Pediatric Emergency Department work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
