Deep vein thrombosis of the legs, pulmonary embolism, dysfunctional kidney due to presence of renal stone for over 20 years. These three health problems and series of complications caused the 67 year old Blaga Velova to develop a serious health condition, due to which the the necessary surgery of kidney removal was not possible. After one month of continuous care by the multidisciplinary team of specialists in Cardiology, Anesthesia, Pulmonology, Urology and Nephrology, all complications were put under control and the operation of the patient was successfully performed.
