On the initiative of Prof.Viktor Kamnar, MD, PhD, orthopedic surgeon and president of the Macedonian Association of Orthopedics and Traumatology (MADOT), the arthroscopy section was reactivated. This section held an expert meeting on 22.12.2023 on which Boris Poberaj, MD, an eminent orthopedic surgeon from Slovenia, held lectures.

At the expert meeting, Borislav Iliev, MD, an orthopedic surgeon at Acibadem Sistina Hospital, was elected as the new president of the arthroscopy section. Also, he participated as a lecturer on this event.
