On February 25 and 26, in cooperation with the municipal organization of the Red Cross – Karposh and the Institute of Transfusion Medicine, two blood donation drives were realized at Acıbadem Sistina Hospital. During this two-day blood donation campaign, a total of 204 units of blood were donated.
Our employees once again demonstrated their humanity in action, and the desire to donate blood to save a life is, in fact, the main motivation for their regular participation in these campaigns.
“Acıbadem Sistina” will continue to be a socially responsible company in the future, participating in more blood donation drives and humanitarian events.
The first blood donation drive at our hospital was organized in 2010 and since then, several blood donation drives have been realized each year. Acibadem Sistina Hospital is particularly proud of its traditional blood donors, including record holders who have donated over 20 times.
