On October 6^th, Acibadem Sistina Hospital begins a new cycle of baby gymnastics, intended for babies between the ages of 2 and 12 months. Classes will be held every Tuesday starting at 11:00 AM; doing carefully selected and adapted exercises, parents will have the opportunity to learn how to properly stimulate the motor development of their babies from an early age.

Baby gymnastics focuses on encouraging proper psychomotor development, coordination, and movement, as well as establishing healthy habits for physical activity during the first year of life. Exercises are adapted to each baby's age and developmental stage, ensuring the activities are enjoyable and beneficial for both babies and parents.

The monthly fee is 3,000 MKD, while the price for the full three-month cycle (October, November, and December) is 7,500 MKD.

The new cycle starts on October 6^th, with classes held every Tuesday at 11:00 AM, and for all participants there will be a gift from our Acibadem Sistina Baby friends.

Baby gymnastics offers parents the opportunity to be actively involved in their child's proper growth and development, while at the same time gaining practical knowledge and learning exercises they can practice at home.
