Acibadem Sistina Hospital continues the tradition of organizing free of charge lectures for parents to be - an educational cycle intended for all pregnant women and their partners who want to prepare for parenthood with confidence, knowledge and support from distinguished medical experts.
The lectures are held every Wednesday at 6 pm, in the hospital premises and cover a wide range of topics related to pregnancy, childbirth and newborn care.
The program for the period May - July 2026 includes 12 different lectures, which start on May 6 led by specialists from various areas - gynecologists-obstetricians, pediatricians, geneticists, nutritionists, physiatrists, dermatologists and others.
The topics have been carefully selected to cover all pregnancy aspects and parenthood - from anxiety and genetic testing, through nutrition and physical activity, to childbirth, breastfeeding and newborn care.
Each lecture offers practical advice, the opportunity to ask questions and exchange experiences in a pleasant and supportive atmosphere.
Starting from March 2015 until today, the lectures for parents to be have been one of the most visited events. The idea is to offer the parents to be free education, the opportunity for advice and recommendations, as well as sharing experiences among pregnant women.
These lectures are an excellent opportunity for the parents to be, to be informed, to feel more secure and to build confidence in the process that awaits them. Of particular value is the involvement of partners, which contributes to better support and understanding during pregnancy and after the child birth.
Participation is free of charge and those interested can register by calling 02/3099 500.
