NEW CYCLE OF BABY GYMNASTICS AT "ACIBADEM SISTINA"

A new cycle of baby gymnastics has started at "Acıbadem Sistina"; it is a unique program introduced for the first time in the country in November and immediately met with great interest among mothers and their little ones.
The classes are held in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, adapted to the baby needs and rhythm, in order to encourage proper growth and development from an early age. The exercises are carefully designed and adapted according to the child’s age, with the focus being on the motor development, coordination and muscle strengthening.
The gymnastics is led by Dijana Marinovska, a master of physical therapy in pediatrics, whose professional approach and dedication enable her to guide parents and babies through each class, creating a sense of security and trust.
This type of organized physical activity brings many benefits for the physical and psychomotor development of children and it is an excellent opportunity for quality time spent between parents and their babies.
All participants in the gymnastics classes receive gifts from our AcibademSistina Baby friends.
