Organized by the Association of Neonatologists, a significant education for pediatricians and neonatologists, focused on the latest recommendations from the 8th edition of the American Academy of Pediatrics, was held. The purpose of this education was to improve neonatal intensive care and treatment of the most vulnerable patients – the newborns.
Upgrading the knowledge and practical skills of healthcare professionals means an important step towards improved healthcare quality for the newborns in our country. Particular attention was paid to the following topics:
