It is with great pride we share the news that scientific paper by nurses from the Acibadem Sistina Hospital has been published in the renowned International Journal of Technical and Natural Sciences of the International Balkan University for the first time. This paper is the fruit of dedicated work, research spirit and unceasing strive to improve nursing practice. The paper emerged from the simulation project titled "Error Room", implemented in the hospital’s newly opened simulation centre, which in 2023 was fully equipped for education and practical training. The project involved 278 nurses from different departments, who, through given scenarios and working with phantom dolls, had the task of identifying as many potential errors related to patient safety as possible in an innovative and interactive way, which was well received by all participants.
