Acibadem Sistina Hospital has the biggest private laboratory in the Balkans where Covid-19 PCR tests are performed in accordance with strict protocols and rules. The tests are performed only at the special Covid-19 testing site located within the Hospital, with or without an appointment, and samples (swabs) are collected only by professional medical staff, employees of the Hospital. The PCR test results are verified with two seals, a regular (round) seal and a facsimile seal. At the request of patients, the printed PCR test result can be translated into English free of charge and also verified with two seals.

The results of the PCR tests can be downloaded from the official website, with a previously obtained code issued upon payment at the Covid testing site or directly at the front desk at the Hospital. Acibadem Sistina Hospital has no Covid testing offices outside the city of Skopje.
The price of the PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus detection at Acibadem Sistina Hospital is 2,700 denars. The results are issued on the same day depending on the time when the test was performed.
 
The Hospital also offers a family package – testing of more than 3 family members at a price of 2,500 denars per person and a group testing package for companies – more than 3 persons at a price of 2,500 denars per person. Group testing is offered exclusively to companies and institutions by prior formal agreement.
For the citizens who need fast results, Acibadem Sistina Hospital offers an urgent PCR test at a price of 12,000 denars, and the results are obtained in a maximum of 2 hours. These tests are also performed at the Hospital’s special testing site, in accordance with strict rules and with prior appointment.
Acibadem Sistina Hospital has the most sophisticated laboratory equipment for PCR test processing. The tests are performed according to an internationally recognized standard and meet the highest quality criteria.
