To help as many parents as possible discover the benefits of regular and proper exercise for healthy child growth and development, “Acibadem Sistina” is organizing two free promotional baby gymnastics classes. The sessions will be led by Dijana Marinovska, master of pediatric physical therapy. Through carefully selected exercises, she will demonstrate how physical activity fosters motor development, coordination, and proper movement from the earliest age.

The promotional classes will take place on:

• September 23, at 16:00
• September 29, at 16:00

These classes are designed for babies aged 2 to 12 months. Participation is free, but due to limited space, prior registration is required by calling 02 30 99 500.

Regular gymnastics classes will start in October, and every monthly membership includes a gift from our Acibadem Sistina Baby friends.
