A new cycle of free lectures for pregnant women and parents-to-be at Acibadem Sistina Hospital will begin on September 16^th. The lectures will take place every Wednesday at 18:00, and the cycle will include 9 educational meetings dedicated to the most important topics related to pregnancy, childbirth, newborn care and the first steps in parenthood.

The purpose of the lectures is parents-to-be to get professional, practical and verified information at one place, to ask questions, resolve their dilemmas and to consult directly with medical professionals in various fields.

The Program covers the topics that are most often of interest to parents-to-be, from prenatal examinations and healthy habits during pregnancy, through preparation for childbirth, to care, nutrition and proper development of the newborn.

A novelty in this cycle is the additional focus on the baby proper development. The section dedicated to the newborn care will include practical advice and exercises to help parents better support proper motor development from an early age.

Free lectures for pregnant women at "Acibadem Sistina" have a long tradition and have been realized since March 2015. Their concept is based on education, counseling and exchange of experiences, with an aim every pregnant woman to enter the period of childbirth and parenthood well informed and more confident.

The lectures are free and open to all those interested, and each lecture is separate, meaning that you can join at any time during the cycle.
