Is your baby between 5 and 10 months old, or older but still unable to sit independently?
On 28 July, Acibadem Sistina Clinical Hospital will hold a group workshop for babies, where you will learn how to properly and safely support your baby’s motor development and encourage independent sitting.
Through gentle exercises, play, and practical guidance, you will learn:
which exercises safely encourage sitting
how to develop strength, stability, and balance through play
how to recognise when your baby is ready to sit independently
how to support your baby’s motor development at home.
The workshop is intended for babies aged 5 to 10 months, as well as older babies who are not yet able to sit independently.
All registered participants will receive a gift from our Acibadem Sistina Baby partners.
Places are limited. Reserve your place in good time and learn how, through play, proper positioning, and appropriate support, you can help your baby progress safely towards independent sitting.
