On the occasion of World Health Day, the Macedonian Medical Association held its traditional annual ceremony, dedicated to celebrating and rewarding the greatest achievements in the medical profession.

Among the most prominent winners this year is Prof. Sotir Stavridis, MD, a urology specialist from Acibadem Sistina Hospital, who was awarded the prestigious “Dr. Trifun Panovski” Certificate of Recognition.

This recognition is awarded for exceptional and continuous contribution to the medical science development, clinical practice advancement and healthcare quality improvement.

"This Certificate of Recognition means a great honor for me, but an additional incentive as well to continue with even greater dedication. I am convinced that true success in medicine is based not only on knowledge and experience, but above all on a sincere attitude, trust and deep respect for each patient", said Prof. Stavridis.
