Prof. Muharrem Inan, MD, PhD, a renowned orthopedic surgeon and university professor from Turkey, paid an official visit to Acıbadem Sistina Hospital, at the invitation by Prof. Viktor Kamnar, MD, PhD. During the visit, an expert meeting and exchange of experiences with the orthopedists and traumatologists from the hospital were organized.

As part of the visit, Prof. Inan, MD, PhD presented his many years of experience, his methods of operation and some of the clinical cases he has encountered in his practice. He shared as well modern approaches to the treatment of orthopedic conditions in children, arousing a great interest among the attending doctors.

On the other hand, doctors from “Acıbadem Sistina” presented their experiences and knowledge, discussing the orthopedic problems in the pediatric population they face in their daily practice. During the meeting, the latest achievements and novelties in the field of pediatric orthopedics and traumatology were discussed as well.
