– 1134 employees with average net salary of 85,000 denars or 123,000 denars of gross salary

In accordance with the policy of the Acibadem Sistina Hospital, the salaries of all employees are constantly increasing on every six months. The increase is realized at the beginning and in the middle of the year. Since July 2023, it is increased for 10% or a minimum of 3000 denars from the net salary of all employees who have fixed salaries.

The team of Acibadem Sistina Hospital is consisted of 1134 employees, including 204 doctors, of whom 43 are professors and 435 are employees of secondary medical staff.

In the first half of 2023, the hospital has performed 220 000 medical, radiological, and laboratory examinations, obstetric and gynecological interventions, as well as all types of surgical operations, of which over 42 000 were performed on foreign patients. For the last 13 years, this makes the hospital the best and the largest one in Macedonia and the entire region.

The hospital, which is one of the greatest Macedonian employers, proudly informs that the average net salary for the month of July is 85,000 denars, while the gross salary is 123,000 denars. The lowest salary for a beginner with secondary medical education is 28,000 denars. Additionally, every employee is paid annual leave allowance (K-15), and hot meal and organized transportation are provided every day.
