The 7th Medical Congress on the topic "Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care, and Anesthesiology: Future Challenges" organized by the Kosovo Doctors Chamber took place 21-23 November in Pristina, Kosovo.

The main focus of this congress were current challenges in intensive care medicine, novelties and approaches in the treatment of patients in critical conditions. It had abundant scientific programme, including sessions and panel discussions with eminent international lecturers and experts.

Beti Kostadinovska-Jordanoska, MD, specialist in anesthesiology and intensive care at the Department of Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care, participated as a lecturer from Acibadem Sistina Hospital at this congress, and presented her expert presentation on the topic: "ROTEM Sigma: Advanced hemostatic approach in multidisciplinary bleeding control".
