FULLY EQUIPPED EDUCATIONAL SIMULATION CENTER AT “ACIBADEM SISTINA”

In order to proceed with the continuous education of the Acibadem Sistina Hospital staff, a new Educational Simulation Center was fully equipped by the end of 2023. It is a place where, in addition to theoretical knowledge, the staff will be able to practically improve the specific skills necessary for work at the hospital, operating as per the highest healthcare standards.

The Educational Simulation Center provides training of the medical personnel in real conditions and simulate a hospital room, equipped with modern phantom-mannequins for exercises, as well as all necessary medical equipment and materials.

The realization of this large project was achieved after the successful completion of the 3rd re-accreditation according to JCI-standards by Joint Commission International, the most prestigious organization for accrediting healthcare facilities pursuant to the world standards of quality and patient safety. At the last reaccreditation in 2023, the chapter related to SQE (Staff Qualification and Education) was underlined as one of chapters that meet the JCI standards at the best.
