Dr. Pavle Dimchev, a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics from Acibadem Sistina Hospital, delivered a lecture at the workshop organized by the Association of Gynecologists and Obstetricians of Macedonia. This year the three-day workshop was held for the first time, and it is planned to become traditional. Topic of this year’s event was screening in the first semester, i.e. screening performed during the first three months of pregnancy. In presence of several other doctors from the public and the private sectors Dr. Dimchev delivered lecture in front of 90 doctors and obstetricians. In time of increased challenges in the medicine and novelties in the technology and research development, such gatherings are extremely important for increasing the efficiency in diagnostics and treatment of patients.
