ACIBADEM SISTINA INTRODUCES ONLINE CONSULTATIONS

Acibadem Sistina Hospital is introducing online access to some of the health services it offers. Top doctors in the fields of dietetics, dermatology, nephrology, rheumatology, oncology, nuclear medicine, otorhinolaryngology, pediatrics, psychiatry and aesthetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery are now available to patients via video link. Patients will be able to receive healthcare services and advice from our specialist doctors through online consultations.

This novelty is introduced in our hospital in response to the needs of patients who are not able to visit the hospital physically, and who need advice or consultation on a particular health condition. This medical service is becoming a necessity for patients primarily due to the limited movement of citizens in conditions of coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic.
The video consultations are scheduled to last 20 minutes and appointments are made via our hospital’s call center, telephone number 02 3099 500. The call center will provide you with all the details of this service.
Online examinations consist of advice and recommendations from the doctor in order to prevent the occurrence of a more serious disease when diagnosis or treatment are being delayed. Based on the patient’s complaints, the doctor may suggest appropriate therapy or, if necessary, request additional tests or suggest that the examination be continued in the hospital.
After the online consultation, appropriate medical report on the patient’s health condition is sent to the e-mail address previously submitted by the patient. The service is available for patients both from the country and abroad and will be available in Macedonian, English and Albanian language. Payment is made through online banking.
