ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL BLOOD DONATION CAMPAIGN AT ACIBADEM SISTINA

In cooperation with the municipal organization of Red Cross – Karposh and the Institute of Transfusion Medicine, Acibadem Sistina Hospital carried out another successful blood donation for the second time this month.

48 units of blood were donated in the first donation carried out at the beginning of May, and 51 units of blood were donated today.

During the blood donation, all measures and security protocols for complete protection against coronavirus were followed. Blood donors were divided into groups in order to maintain physical distance and wore personal protective equipment, face mask.

Due to the increased need of blood during the crisis, another blood donation campaign is announced to be carried out at Acibadem Sistina in June.
