Diagnostic Laboratories of Acibadem Sistina Hospital provides the Neutralizing IgG Spike Antibody Test for assessing immunity from COVID-19 at promotional price of 500 mk denars per person. It is a test of the highest sensitivity and specificity for quantitative measuring of the immune response in vaccinated people and patients who recovered from COVID-19 i.e. for assessing the neutralizing IgG antibodies (S1 and S2 subunit of S “spike” protein) to SARS-CoV-2.
SARS-spike CoV-2 IgG (sCoVG) – neutralizing IgG antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 are assessed using the fully automated Siemens ADVIA Centaur XPT immunoassay analyser. The test is of high clinical specificity and sensitivity. Assessing this type of neutralizing antibodies is important clinical information about the immune response of patients to SARS CoV-2 virus.
The test is performed by drawing blood, and the results are obtained in two hours.

Neutralizing IgG Spike (S1 – S2) Antibody Test is recommended for all COVID-19 patients and those who have been immunized against the virus, at least three weeks after getting the second shot of the vaccine.
