Aleksandar Sajkovski MD, pediatrician, and Ana Antovska, MD, nutritionist, as “Acibadem Sistina” Hospital representatives participated in the fifth edition of Profemina 2021 regional conference.

On the topic “Infections are a Challenge – Health is the Goal”, Dr. Sajkovski talked about preserving immunity and body’s resistance to disease, as well as habits that can help its strengthening. The second panel discussion was attended by Ana Antovska, MA, nutritionist, who talked about the good bacteria benefits and the relationship between health, immunity, beauty and probiotics. Antovska stressed the importance of eating fresh and organic food, as well as taking probiotic supplements.
