Resection of bladder tumors with holmium laser or HolRBT is a safe and minimally invasive method for surgical treatment of bladder tumors. The advantage of this procedure regarding the conventional methods is that it may be performed in patients that are taking an anticoagulant therapy and there is no need to interrupt it, as well the chances of bladder wall injury are minimized and complete removal of the tumor is performed.
