At a time when global uncertainty is no longer an abstract concept, yet a reality that we live every day, mental health still remains one of the most underestimated issues of our time.
The author's text by Verica Malinkova-Dimovska MSc, MD a specialist in psychiatry, entitled "Silent Consequences: Mental Health in an Era of Global Uncertainty", published in the renowned magazine "Brussels Morning", raises an important question - what is the psychological cost of the crises, instability and continuous pressure that people face today?
