The Toumai™ system is equipped with a high-resolution 3D Videoscope that provides a clear and natural three-dimensional image with a panorama of up to 100 degrees. The image can be magnified up to 70 times, allowing the surgeons a detailed and realistic presentation of the smallest blood vessels, structures and nerves. The robot's optical system uses infrared technology as well, enabling precise marking of tumor cells during surgery. Robotic instruments move in all axes and planes, completely imitating the movements of the human hand, but with microscopic precision.
