CONFIDENCE IN DR. TONY JOSIFOVSKI BROUGHT ME IN “ACIBADEM SISTINA”

At the Surgery Department we met Mite Kuzevski, 35-years-old patient who underwent a surgery by Dr. Tony Josifovski just a few days ago. Satisfied with all the care he received during his stay, as well as with the professional approach by Dr. Tony Josifovski he decided to share his story.

“On June 5th , the day of my birthday I came at “Acibadem Sistina” Hospital for a surgery. I had visited several clinics looking for a solution to my chronic condition – Crohn’s disease. It was necessary to have the surgery intervention as soon as possible, but I was afraid and uncertain about the very intervention. I had made consultations in several hospitals, but after talking to Dr. Tony Josifovski I was sure that “Acibadem Sistina” Hospital would be the place where I would undergo the surgery. My friends recommended the doctor.  Dr. Josifovski very calmly and professionally approached my problem, and explained me in detail what has to be done. He instilled confidence in me and after talking with him, I realized that the surgery is the only solution. My biggest fear was that it would be necessary to remove the entire colon, as was said to me in a public hospital. But Dr. Josifovski explained to me that it would be removed only as much as it would be necessary. Now I feel great”, says Mite.
After the hospital stay, Mite says that everything has gone according to his plans and expectations. He has expected a professional hospital in every aspect, and has assured himself of it.
“Another also important reason why I came to “Acibadem Sistina” is the treatment towards the patient literally by everyone here, starting from the parking lot to the hospital admission. Everyone is smiling and polite, willing to help you. And the third equally important reason are the hygiene and conditions in the hospital. After staying here, I have really assured myself and reaffirmed the opinion about the hospital. Professionalism in every way”, says Mite.
