Expert Meeting – The role of PET/CT and Trilogy in diagnosis and treatment of tumors

On 30th October Acibadem Sistina Hospital held an expert meeting on “The role of PET/CT and Trilogy in the diagnosis and treatment of solid tumors and hematological malignancies.”
Dr. Liljana Muratovska – specialist in nuclear medicine and Dr. Deva Petrova – an oncologist, who are both doctors at Acibadem Sistina Hospital, emphasized the capabilities of the radiotherapy treatment with Trilogy for malignant tumors and the PET scan as a diagnostic tool. Prof. Dr. Zlate Stojanoski from the PHI University Clinic for Hematology was a guest lecturer who presented the experiences in scan application in the diagnosis and monitoring of the therapy response in Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
The expert meeting was held in Bitola and it is part of a series of meetings organized by Acibadem Sistina Hospital. The meeting is accredited by the Medical Chamber of Macedonia. The next expert meeting on “News in assisted reproductive technologies” will be held in Strumica 06.11.2015 (Friday).
