Experience and knowledge of Acibadem Sistina doctors for “Goce Delchev” University students

We need to invest in younger potentials – transfer of knowledge is crucial for all generations. Doctors of Acibadem Sistina Hospital selflessly share their experience with students. Some of our specialists this year actively participated in the Second Congress of students at “Goce Delchev” University of Shtip. About 100 poster presentations and 30 presentations were presented at the Congress, attended by many students. Dr. Dzengis Yashar, coordinator of the event, says that the young people showed great enthusiasm, and each of them gave a large contribution to the Congress. The Congress’ theme this year was “What means medicine if we all die” and Acibadem Sistina was effective organizational partner and sponsor.

“Our hospital was the background of the whole organization and it’s really good that we helped. I will cite the lecture by Prof. Dr. Ugrinovski, who said that we should invest in younger generations since one day they will have to treat us. They will act as we will learn them”, says Dr. Yashar.

He is glad that the Congress was attended by our known specialists such as Prof. Dr. Jovica Ugrinovski, Dr. Tatjana Chepreganova, Ass. Prof. Dr. Vanja Filipovski, Dr. Katerina Kubelka-Sabit, Dr. Ivan Trajkov, Dr. Dejan Kovachevikj and laboratory technician Vesna Ordevska.

“Renowned specialists attended the Congress and we made a great step to get closer to students, to get an insight how much we need each other. Particularly in conditions when a large cadre, young cadre, is moving abroad, we must take something to keep them. Let’s enable them to gain a good experience and hope that these young students will be able to find a place at our hospital”, adds Dr. Yashar.

Each of the participating doctors got acknowledgment for participation while Dr. Yashar was awarded acknowledgment as coordinator and organizer. It is, in his word, a great liability.

Acknowledgment was awarded to Acibadem Sistina Hospital as well for realization and participation in the Second Congress.

The Second Congress of General Medicine Students was held on 9 and 10 May at “Goce Delchev” University of Shtip.
