Having worked as a mechanical engineer for 40 years already, being 63 and at the sunset of my career, an unexpected life turmoil happened. It is a miracle I am still alive today! While working on an elevator, the platform I was standing on, fall from a height of 10 meters! I was aware I was falling, but from that moment on, I could not remember a single thing! After the fall, I suffered from the worst type of injury – polytrauma. In a critical condition, the ambulance transferred me to the Emergency Centre at “Acibadem Sistina”.
