Best care for the youngest patients

The fifth wave of COVID-19 pandemic caused by the Omicron variant that is characterized by high rate of infectivity and very easy transmission, has increased the number of COVID-positive and sick children and adolescents. Therefore Acibadem Sistina Hospital has opened a completely new Pediatric COVID Center, starting from January 28, 2022.

The new Pediatric COVID Center has a separate entrance and is completely isolated and separated from other hospital departments, in order to provide maximum protection for the youngest patients. This department will treat children up to 16 years of age, and available will be a Pediatric COVID Outpatient Care, a Day Hospital and a section intended for admission where children can be hospitalized together with their accompaniment.

The Pediatric COVID Center will be open from 9 am to 4 pm every working day, and during weekends the duty team will be on call. Appointments will be made by phone: 02 30 99 500.
